JUROR OF AWARDS:
Felicia Touhey: Felicia has a BFA in Painting and an MFA in Studio Teaching from Boston University. Felicia teaches
beginning and advanced drawing classes and printmaking at the Newport Art Museum. A member of the Art League of
Rhode Island and DeBlois Gallery in Newport, Rhode Island, her work is focused in printmaking, encaustics and mixed
media.
